It’s Christmas time and people around here are starting to get pretty festive. So festive in fact that we decided to do our own version of the Twas the Night Before Christmas. Enjoy.
Twas the night before Christmas and all throughout the pipes No water was moving because someone flushed wipes When down in the basement arose such a clatter I knew it was a problem when I heard a big splatter Away to the phone I flew like a flash, I made the call as I heard another splash. When what to my wondering eyes should appear But a miniature sleigh and 8 tiny draindeer With a young pup driver who came in a rush I knew in a moment it must be Jolly ole flush He was dressed in Fur from head to paw and in his hand he varnished something that looked like claw He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work And cleared that clog with a quick jerk He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, And away they drove off, like the down of a thistle; But I heard him exclaim ere he drove out of sight, “Merry Christmas to all, and to all a clear pipe!”
