I am a part of Jolly’s warranty program and, and as a result, get priority service. I called this morning about an air conditioning problem. It wasn’t an emergency situation in this 90 degree heat wave that we are having, as we do have another ac unit in the house. They were able to get someone out here by 4:00 this afternoon. Amazing service! Hunter, our service tech, found the problem, replaced the part that was on his truck and was gone in 1 1/2 hours. Good on ya, Jolly! This is what service used to be like!

We had a really great experience with this company! Our HVAC went out over Fourth of July weekend during a record heat wave, so we were expecting the process to be stressful. Instead, everything was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Everyone we talked to was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to get everything taken care of with just a one-day turnaround, which was a huge relief. Their pricing was fair, and we’re really happy with the quality of the work.
