Noah was very polite, installed a new sump pump and battery backup and explained how they will work. My only disappointment is the condition of the pvc pipes he used. They are dirty and chipped as if you reuse old pvc. Not what I expected for $3000.

Dominic is very professional, polite, and efficient. I was especially taken with his attention to customer service and the care he took of my property. He is very observant about his surroundings and was careful not to disturb anything in my home as he worked. He thoroughly explained the workings of my new digital thermostat, answered all my questions, and made sure it cycled through settings to confirm all was working as it should. Jolly technicians are so well-trained in their technical specialty as well as how to treat their customers . . . I always feel valued!

Dustin from Jolly plumbing came on time and was able to make an assessment and complete three jobs in under an hour! Everything went smoothly and they made sure to show me everything is working based on my expectations! Absolutely highly recommended! Very professional and courteous as well!

Hunter showed up on a Saturday, late afternoon, after many service calls that day (on a weekend!). He was professional, polite, and diligent in assessing my thermostat issue. He even came back to the house after contemplating the issue in his truck to check the unit in the basement to find a physical issue with the drains. He taught me features about my smart thermostat and disconnected functions for me, at my request. He took the time to explain everything he was thinking and answered all my questions. Jolly technicians are stellar . . . ALWAYS! Hunter even cleaned up the space after the work was finished, closed doors, and turned off the lights (I love his attention to detail!).

Hunter was AMAZING. He literally saved me when a flash flood took out my AC. Will 100% use this company again.

Aiden did a tremendous job on short notice to help us drain our flooded basement.
