We had a really great experience with this company! Our HVAC went out over Fourth of July weekend during a record heat wave, so we were expecting the process to be stressful. Instead, everything was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Everyone we talked to was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to get everything taken care of with just a one-day turnaround, which was a huge relief. Their pricing was fair, and we’re really happy with the quality of the work. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

Jolly installed a new HVAC and furnace after my old system failed during a summer heatwave. Nick and Miguel worked all day in the heat to get everything finished and my house cool again. I am so happy that Jolly Plumber was recommended to me, this is the best decision I have made. I have found that not everyone is as honest and forth right as them. Nathan was here today to service my Central Air unit. He found a problem and showed it to me, unlike others who would have just said something was wrong and tell you outrageous prices you have to pay to fix the problem. Not Jolly Plumber Employees. They are kind, courteous and honest. Nathan Shrader HAVC Service Tech even replaced a flood light for me, he didn’t have to do that, but he, and I am so thankful. I just had another service done for my shower. I have a claw foot tub that requires me buying an attachment for a shower. The diverter broke on my tub faucet, I had to purchased another faucet with a diverter , but the faucet did not fit correctly, so he had to order a part. The part was hard to find so Dustin decided to improvise and fix it another way which he did. I am so pleased and so happy with his work with the time care he gave to me. I recommend jolly plumbing to everyone because they really take the time to really help the individual with their problems, they are truly worth it. Jolly Plumbers workers are honest people and very respectful and knowledgeable.

I am a part of Jolly’s warranty program and, and as a result, get priority service. I called this morning about an air conditioning problem. It wasn’t an emergency situation in this 90 degree heat wave that we are having, as we do have another ac unit in the house. They were able to get someone out here by 4:00 this afternoon. Amazing service! Hunter, our service tech, found the problem, replaced the part that was on his truck and was gone in 1 1/2 hours. Good on ya, Jolly! This is what service used to be like!

This was my first experience using Jolly. I came home from work to a hot house. I called them and they had someone come out the same afternoon to look at the A/C unit. I appreciated the text message I received letting me know that my technician was on the way. It even included a photo. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Overall, it was a great experience - from the woman who answered the phone to scheduling to meeting the tech. I would definitely recommend Jolly for all your household HVAC/plumbing needs!

So Ronnie returned to finish up the work that he had done Friday hottest day of the year heat index over 100 he had to work outside. He did an extremely well job no complaints at all about him. He did not ever complain about the heat, he did what it Took to get the job finished and I appreciate his effort very much.

Blake did a fantastic job - quick evaluation and recommendation, made a special trip to pick up the new disposal, and installed quickly/explained thoroughly. Blake has done great work for us in the past and I’m always confident our project will be completed extremely well.
