We were having issues with our AC struggling to keep the house cool. Mr. Dominic Raven was our technician that came out to help us. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he also took the time to answer all my questions about our HVAC system.

It’s just me and my sister living together since our Dad passed, and we don’t have anyone to teach us about the smallest things for HVAC upkeep. Mr. Dominic was thorough and ran through step by step what he was doing, why, and how to prevent certain issues from returning. Water Restoration - Crosley and Zach were awesome. Talked me through everything that was needed, they took photographs and provided me with proper documentation to make my claim with my homeowners insurance move through without any problems. They started the work on day one and made me feel comfortable with the work and service they provided.

Plumbing work - Cody came out first to write up an estimate. He referred me to the restoration team I described above. Wes came out later that first afternoon and did the plumbing installation quickly and efficiently.

Tony sent a text ahead of arrival which was great. He was personable and also fished a couple of items out of my disposal that I had dropped in there and did not know it! The disposal was not affected, so I was charged the trip fee only. Kudos to Tony and Jolly plumbing!
