Will was our electric help, Tyler was our plumbing help, along with chase who helped snake our drain and most recently dominic was our HVAC technician who helped us fix our AC when it stopped working in this 100 heat. This was my first experience using Jolly. I came home from work to a hot house. I called them and they had someone come out the same afternoon to look at the A/C unit. I appreciated the text message I received letting me know that my technician was on the way. It even included a photo. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Overall, it was a great experience - from the woman who answered the phone to scheduling to meeting the tech. I would definitely recommend Jolly for all your household HVAC/plumbing needs!

So Ronnie returned to finish up the work that he had done Friday hottest day of the year heat index over 100 he had to work outside. He did an extremely well job no complaints at all about him. He did not ever complain about the heat, he did what it Took to get the job finished and I appreciate his effort very much.

Blake did a fantastic job - quick evaluation and recommendation, made a special trip to pick up the new disposal, and installed quickly/explained thoroughly. Blake has done great work for us in the past and I’m always confident our project will be completed extremely well.

Dominic R was awesome. He was friendly & courteous. In addition he was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our system. We will always use Jolly because their employees are always kind and their service is outstanding.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Master Plumber, Dustin on June 26. He was kind, skilled, fast and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He reviewed everything with me and I fully understood everything he was doing plus the future services I scheduled with him. I would highly recommend him.

Dominic was great! He performed the regular HVAC system maintenance and made home-specific recommendations to upgrade our system. He discussed the benefits of the Jolly Home program. Based on the program cost ($15/month) it was a no brainer and we signed up for the annual maintenance services.

Hunter was very good. Extremely knowledgeable and explained very well.

Jared arrived on time, and he did a stellar job on the leak. He was in and out in less than a half-hour.
But when it came to pricing, it was a different story...a simple modification of the repair, added another $100 to the total. I certainly hope that plumbers are not receiving a commission, just to keep everyone honest! Being widowed can be a financial burden, especially when you're on a fixed income.

Had some water hammering from an outside spigot Noah from Jolly came out on time and got it taken care of great people to work with woud definitely recommend.

Ronnie was on time and explained everything clearly.

Nate was very polite, clean, friendly and gentle with my dog. He explained everything and offered suggestions for maintenance with being pushy. He found a potential problem and fixed it without costing alot of money.

Rico was timely, polite, and extremely helpful in identifying and resolving the issue with my HVAC unit and condensate pump. He took the time to explain the process of the repair, making sure I understood the what/whys/hows. 10/10 would recommend.
