Thomas arrived quickly after we called Jolly with a pressure reducer valve leak and he quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. He was kind and knowledgeable and fixed our issue, even though we called at the very end of the day. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!

Tony and Gavin were very polite and knowledgeable. Shared information with me throughout the process. It was rainy very hard the day of the installation. Later, I notice some rust stains on my driveway. I reported to the company and Tony came over the next morning. Everything looks good. Jolly Plumbing has excellent communication and follow up.

We scheduled an appointment for Jolly Heating & Air to come out and give us an estimate on repairing our heat pump. We thought it just needed to be recharged but we were not sure. I would like to say that their customer service is Excellent. We got text messages and phone calls making sure everything was going well. The technician that they sent: "Jeremy" was wonderful and very honest and reassuring. He arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes and gave us an estimate for leak detection and coolant recharge. Jolly Plumbing is our go-to company now. Good customer service and experienced, friendly technicians and reasonable prices is unfortunately hard to find these days. We will be holding on to this company for any future needs.
