Dominic was a very personable and professional young man!

Jared arrived on time, and he did a stellar job on the leak. He was in and out in less than a half-hour.
But when it came to pricing, it was a different story...a simple modification of the repair, added another $100 to the total. I certainly hope that plumbers are not receiving a commission, just to keep everyone honest! Being widowed can be a financial burden, especially when you're on a fixed income.

Had some water hammering from an outside spigot Noah from Jolly came out on time and got it taken care of great people to work with woud definitely recommend.

Ronnie was on time and explained everything clearly.

Nate was very polite, clean, friendly and gentle with my dog. He explained everything and offered suggestions for maintenance with being pushy. He found a potential problem and fixed it without costing alot of money.

Rico was timely, polite, and extremely helpful in identifying and resolving the issue with my HVAC unit and condensate pump. He took the time to explain the process of the repair, making sure I understood the what/whys/hows. 10/10 would recommend.

The service tech, Dominic, was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions.

Drew was great! Kind and respectful. Thorough and explained everything well. Service took a second attempt (septic needed emptied 1st) at no extra cost and was apologetic even though it was NOT on them. Highly recommend!

Over the years Jolly has replaced my HVAC & Hot water heater. I trust their technicians to always provide a fair price and professional service. Today my toilet was replaced and one bathroom faucet was repaired. Blake Menetrey, plumbing service technician, was personable, knowledgeable and overall did an outstanding job that was representative of the excellent services Jolly has demonstrated in the past. Great experience having Jolly Plumbing run new water lines in my basement! Blake was friendly, knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend !

Excellent experience with Jolly! They kept me informed with a text when Rico was on his way. Rico was professional, courteous, and thorough while inspecting our HVAC system. He even increased the fan speed at no charge. While they don’t do the ductwork our room needs, he provided several referrals for companies that do. We truly appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. We’ll definitely use Jolly again in the future.

We called Jolly for their AC system check and had Dominic come out. He was personable and professional! He made sure to walk us through everything he was doing and discussed any issues he saw with us and what next steps would be. We didn’t feel pressured and felt like he had our best interest in mind. If we need any other HVAC needs we would be more than happy to have Dominic come back out and resolve.
