We had water backing into our tub and walkin shower and couldn't use our toilets. A Major Mess.We called JOLLY on Friday, and Ronnie came right out, We didn't have to wait until Monday or Tuesday as another Companies were telling us. They snaked out our drain which was clogged with flushable baby wipes and scoped the pipe. We were in need of a good Plumber, HVAC . Dylan was the Plumber I requested and Dylan was the one that arrived at my door. He was recommended by a neighbor and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He explained all that was occurring and he was timely with his estimates and they were very clear and sequential. I am seriously considering calling on Jolly to do the work

I worked with Wes on a natural gas line and he did a great job.

We had a main drain completely clogged in our basement. I tried to unclog it with a 25’ snake but could not get it to budge. Tye came out on Christmas Eve and had our drain completely open and cleaned up in a very short time. Super nice guy and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely would have Tye come back for any plumbing problems.

Update. The 1st review was from 18 months ago. This time our main drain was running slow. Alex came out and explained pricing to me and it made absolute sense to sign up for their monthly service program. He had the drained cleared in a matter of minutes and set me up for a camera inspection also. Great service, very nice tech, and a very reasonable price.

I was at work but big shout out to Noah d for the awesome professionalism quick work. Man needs a raise. Fix my bathtub drain really nice now no more leaks. Thank you appreciated.

I don't understand how this joke of an outfit can get any positive ratings. I'm assuming their techs are great when they actually show up; but I just got a call after waiting over 6 hours that they're "too busy to make that appointment today" - you couldn't have told me that this morning so I could find someone else? Absolutely waste of space of a company.

I am so happy Dominic was our technician. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately it is not worth repairing our HVAC and will need to be replaced. Dominic explained that it could be repaired but the expense of repairing it would not be worth it for a 17 year unit. Dominic explained everything and pointed out the failing parts of the unit.

The last technician who repaired our unit, a different company, was not as thorough as Dominic. Strongly recommend Dominic as he will be the technician we request to service the new unit

My HVAC is starting to show its age, and fighting the inefficient windows in my 120-year-old house. Dominic came out and looked over my whole system. Dominic was super nice and helpful. I’ve had these guys out twice for urgent plumbing issues. They were able to get someone out to me right away both times and these guys are super nice and accommodating. Would like to add that I became a VIP member so the price was reasonable for the first service and the second time actually fell under a covered service, which was great.

Reviewed sump maintenance
Electrical service in the community was knocked out. Alarm kept going off and pump appeared to not be working.
Sump was on back up battery.
Noah was very pleasant and arrived quickly. He explained in an understandable way how the pump worked that it was still pumping but could only pump small amounts.
I am concerned that battery will go dead before electric is turned back on!!!
However, Noah is a great service person.

We are big fans of Jolly! Yesterday their electrician, Will, installed new outdoor light fixtures, added lighting to our basement, and fixed some wiring issues. He was competent, a good problem-solver, and was a delight to work with. We highly recommend!

Jolly and my plumber Aaron did a great job tackling a complex plumbing repair in my condo.

I’ve moved a few times around Fort Mitchell, and apparently I have a unique talent for buying houses where the previous owner hired Dr. Frankenstein to design the HVAC system. Every new house comes with some horrifying collection of mismatched equipment, questionable decisions, and mysterious wires stitched together while someone presumably screamed, “IT’S ALIVE!”

And inevitably… the monster dies.

Thankfully, Jolly Plumbing, Heating & Air has become my HVAC emergency contact. Every time something goes sideways, they’ve managed to get someone out the same day when possible or the next day at the latest. They’re quick to diagnose the problem, explain what’s happening in terms a normal human can understand, and get things moving again.

Working with Danny is always a treat. He’s never given me the pushy salesman routine or tried to convince me that my broken furnace somehow means I also need a new water heater, humidifier, hot tub, and second mortgage. He listens, gives logical recommendations, explains the options, and provides the expertise I don’t have so I can make an informed decision.

My installation crews have historically been led by Jacob, who is an absolute master of his craft. He’s quick, professional, tidy, respectful, and somehow manages to take the mechanical crime scene I purchased and turn it into something that looks like it was designed by an actual engineer instead of a mad scientist.

So here’s my advice… do your research before buying a house. Look closely at the HVAC system. Ask questions. Bring an inspector. Maybe bring a priest.

And if you ignore all that advice and buy the house anyway… save Jolly’s number. You’ll be glad you did.

Great company to work with. Scheduling was extremely quick and easy and I had an employee out to my home next day. Nate was extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough inspection. He even went the extra mile as to educate me on each component of my AC unit, furnace, and duct work as he checked them for deficiencies. After swapping a couple parts and a good cleaning, the base level in my home went from almost 80 degrees to 68 degrees overnight. Thank you!

Noah was very polite, installed a new sump pump and battery backup and explained how they will work. My only disappointment is the condition of the pvc pipes he used. They are dirty and chipped as if you reuse old pvc. Not what I expected for $3000.

Hunter showed up on a Saturday, late afternoon, after many service calls that day (on a weekend!). He was professional, polite, and diligent in assessing my thermostat issue. He even came back to the house after contemplating the issue in his truck to check the unit in the basement to find a physical issue with the drains. He taught me features about my smart thermostat and disconnected functions for me, at my request. He took the time to explain everything he was thinking and answered all my questions. Jolly technicians are stellar . . . ALWAYS! Hunter even cleaned up the space after the work was finished, closed doors, and turned off the lights (I love his attention to detail!).

Hunter was AMAZING. He literally saved me when a flash flood took out my AC. Will 100% use this company again.

I had an Air Conditioner not working properly. Jolly Heating and Air (Nate) diagnosed and helped me get it working properly again, along with providing great advice on having a dehumidifier to help with humidity in the house. Nate was very honest, caring, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company! The service was excellent!

It was the water pressure from the city being intermittent. He could’ve easily told me something was wrong in my house, but was honest and didn’t charge me anything. I am a part of Jolly’s warranty program and, and as a result, get priority service. I called this morning about an air conditioning problem. It wasn’t an emergency situation in this 90 degree heat wave that we are having, as we do have another ac unit in the house. They were able to get someone out here by 4:00 this afternoon. Amazing service! Hunter, our service tech, found the problem, replaced the part that was on his truck and was gone in 1 1/2 hours. Good on ya, Jolly! This is what service used to be like!
