Robert was punctional and gave an explanation of the problem he found and how best to fix it. A great experience as a homeowner.

Had an unfortunate event that lead to damage of the power line coming from my house. The electric company gave us a temporary solution while we tried to find a more permanent one.
A few days later, same company came back stating the fix was unsafe and they were instructed to disconnect our power until we could complete the necessary repairs.
Jolly was recommended by a family member and I called as my line was being cut, we got an appointment the same day. Robert came out, did a walk- thru and gave me even more bad news. Not only did the riser have to be replaced, but my panel was so outdated, it was also a hazard! Our meter is in the basement as well and that had to be moved outside also. Did I mention all this happened on my birthday?!
Anyway, Robert was very helpful, he put us in emergency status, even pushing back a customer to get us in. (Thank you to them for understanding) Robert set up everything, from payment to equipment and even getting the inspector. He came out early the next day, ready and prepared and fixed everything. I'm quite sure that I've found a company that I'll continue to use for all my household repairs.

I had the sewer back up in my basement. Jolly came in and removed all the drywall the sink and the toilet and all the door trimmings. I had already had the floors and baseboards removed. They cleaned everything once the drywall was removed and focused on the areas that needed special attention. They took away everything that was affected by the damage and cleaned up and disinfected and did a fantastic job on cleaning up potential mold and mildew issues. In the meantime, I also had some plumbing things that need to be fixed and they came out right away. Their prices are reasonable, especially for somebody who didn’t have insurance every employee that was there was knowledgeable, professional, and so nice. I cannot recommend this company enough, Zach Crossley and Blake the plumber were amazing and they got me all straightened out in one day and then they’re coming back In a couple of days to make sure everything is dry remove all of their equipment and even clean my air vents which needed to be done a long time ago. They were amazing just amazing and l I highly recommend using Jolly for anything that you need. They will show you all the options available to you and you get to pick and choose. What work do you want done. I’ve never seen such great customer service and such great workmanship.They care like it’s their own home.

They communicated using terms I could understand about HVAC and electricity. The installation was completed within the time they quoted me. When the work was finished, they walked me through the workings of the new equipment and thermostat; AND they left my home in the same condition as they found it . . . lights out, doors closed and work area clean of debris.

Water Restoration - Crosley and Zach were awesome. Talked me through everything that was needed, they took photographs and provided me with proper documentation to make my claim with my homeowners insurance move through without any problems. We had water backing into our tub and walkin shower and couldn't use our toilets. A Major Mess.We called JOLLY on Friday, and Ronnie came right out, We didn't have to wait until Monday or Tuesday as another Companies were telling us. I worked with Wes on a natural gas line and he did a great job.

We had a main drain completely clogged in our basement. I tried to unclog it with a 25’ snake but could not get it to budge. Tye came out on Christmas Eve and had our drain completely open and cleaned up in a very short time. Super nice guy and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely would have Tye come back for any plumbing problems.

Update. The 1st review was from 18 months ago. This time our main drain was running slow. Alex came out and explained pricing to me and it made absolute sense to sign up for their monthly service program. He had the drained cleared in a matter of minutes and set me up for a camera inspection also. Great service, very nice tech, and a very reasonable price.

Brenden & Skylar came out to my house jackhammered my basement & replaced a sewer line! It had to be done & they were both very professional, hard working & diligent! I would recommend them & Jolly plumbing to anyone!! They were also very friendly, always on time & introduced themselves to me! Thank you both for the great job you did, it was a lot of work but they didn’t stop until it was finished!!

Great experience with Jolly plumbing. The tech was knowledgeable fast and the repairs were right in my budgets range.

EDIT: Gave these guys another shot, and their tech Wes did an absolutely fantastic job. I don't know what went wrong the last time I tried to have them out, but this service was definitely enough to earn repeat business in the future.

I don't understand how this joke of an outfit can get any positive ratings. I'm assuming their techs are great when they actually show up; but I just got a call after waiting over 6 hours that they're "too busy to make that appointment today" - you couldn't have told me that this morning so I could find someone else? Absolutely waste of space of a company.

I am so happy Dominic was our technician. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately it is not worth repairing our HVAC and will need to be replaced. Dominic explained that it could be repaired but the expense of repairing it would not be worth it for a 17 year unit. Dominic explained everything and pointed out the failing parts of the unit.

The last technician who repaired our unit, a different company, was not as thorough as Dominic. Strongly recommend Dominic as he will be the technician we request to service the new unit

They were quick to get someone out to me. Cody was fantastic! I will definitely recommend him.

Gavin did a phenomenal job while performing a safety inspection of my plumbing. He let me know about some potential issues and provided quotes to have them mitigated/resolved. I am very grateful for the quality technicians that Jolly employs and I will be utilizing them for all of my hvac/plumbing needs. One again, Outstanding job!

I can’t say enough about Tyler and the young man that was with him forgive me but I don’t remember his name. They saved the day. It’s not always a welcoming site when you get off of working 3rd shift and come home to a burst water heater tank. Tyler was efficient, quick, compassionate and understanding. Thank you so much guys!!!!

My HVAC is starting to show its age, and fighting the inefficient windows in my 120-year-old house. Dominic came out and looked over my whole system. Dominic was super nice and helpful. Jolly is always my first call. I didn't feel like i was being sold on things i dont need, but instead just being the helpful experts i need.

Nolan was very knowledgeable and professional. He saved us a alot by being truthful. Highly recommend Jolly pumbling.

Dominic came over to do an AC check… He was very thorough and did a good job pointing out a few things that we might be needing. Super sweet and polite guy! The service was free as we were given a one year warranty.

Today we had our first visit as part of the Jolly Home Plan, and Dominic came and provided an AC inspection/cleaning service. He was extremely thorough on his findings and suggested items to be replaced in an honest and non-pushy way. We instantly found him to be a trustworthy source, and we look forward to our future maintenance visits.

Everyone at Jolly was a pleasure to deal with. Tyler and his crew gave us a few options for our repair. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves.

I’ve had these guys out twice for urgent plumbing issues. They were able to get someone out to me right away both times and these guys are super nice and accommodating. Thank you to Cory or Cody (sorry I can’t remember your name), Alex, and Anthony for your plumbing expertise. Also, Dominic, who was an add on service to assess my HVAC system. He was awesome as well!
Would like to add that I became a VIP member so the price was reasonable for the first service and the second time actually fell under a covered service, which was great.

Reviewed sump maintenance
Electrical service in the community was knocked out. Alarm kept going off and pump appeared to not be working.
Sump was on back up battery.
Noah was very pleasant and arrived quickly. He explained in an understandable way how the pump worked that it was still pumping but could only pump small amounts.
I am concerned that battery will go dead before electric is turned back on!!!
However, Noah is a great service person.
