Great company. Used them for a new HVAC unit. It took a couple of visits to get the settings where they needed to be, but they showed up every time to help optimize the new system. They were a good choice and I’m happy that I went with them.

They came in less than two hours from my initial call and were able to get my kitchen sink drain flowing again. Even though it looked hopeless, they were successful. Very nice guys and I am super grateful.

Will came To check out my Electric today. He spent some time going around checking outlets and switches. We had a discussion about my Christmas lights going out every year and how I could avoid that this year. We came up with a plan to test it first, and if changing the lights around, doesn’t work maybe we will add an outlet and a new circuit for the garage. He told me there are several possibilities. We could proceed within the future. I always get great service from Jolly.

So I love Jolly right? I am giving them a 5 star review because their work is always exceptional even if they are more expensive, it really is worth it for the peace of mind on getting a job completed correctly. I love their quickness in getting you the help you need buuuutttt I am a single lady who is probably way too nice and trusting. I don’t have anyone to help me make decisions on things (like getting a new water heater.) Sure I should have researched better and asked more questions but I love Jolly and trusted them. I couldn’t be at home for the scheduled appointment (I couldn’t take off work) so I had the employee call me. The basics of why I’m disappointed is, I only needed a water heater and if bro would have told me the filter he was selling was going to be almost as tall as me I probably would have reconsidered it. I was thinking it’s a small filter(I don’t know about any of this stuff). I mean yeah, I’m happy my water is going to super clean but putting this filter in a 900 sq ft home with walls and cabinets painted like that is crazy behavior. It’s like putting a chandelier in a porta-potty. I would have never said yes to it if I clearly understood. It is what it is now and I accept my decision. They did an amazing job installing everything (as always). All the work is beautiful and the water is crisp but come on, it’s just goofy. I also had mold remediation completed. Aidan, Crosley, Chase and Brian are such phenomenal employees. 10/10 for them. Their amazing communication and education on things is some of the best I have ever seen. I’ve definitely learned a lot from them. Customer satisfaction at 100% for these fellas! Fabulous job! In the end, all of the work was phenomenal and I’m satisfied with the results. I will continue to use Jolly but please educate the customer on when they are making a silly decision like I made. It’s my first time living too so I’m learning as I go.

Very pleased! I appreciated the upfront pricing for one drain cleaning. I had called on Friday but they could not get me an appointment until Monday. So, I called a major company and they didn’t disclose the price upfront. When the other company came, it was $360 more than the quote from Jolly. Needless to say, I waited until Monday could get the job done for significantly cheaper. And Drew was so nice!

He was quick, professional, friendly and communicative - from keeping me posted of his arrival time to where the problem existed. And I LOVE the “Unclog for Dogs” program. Additionally, Thomas came out to do a whole house walkthrough (only $29!!) and prepared estimates of different problem/potential problems we may have. Like Ronnie, Thomas was fantastic. We had our French drain cleaned and Shawn checked our kitchen faucet that was operating with low water pressure. He thoroughly checked the lines and the faucet o Itself and recommended replacing the faucet. (It turned out that particular model has a lot of dings for low pressure ). Shawn waited for us to get the replacement from Lowe's and installed it. Very professional, and we were pleased to get scheduled as soon as we did. Great service and reasonable. Highly recommended!

Tyler is a professional. He communicates clearly and looks me in the eye. His explanations were explicit to the questions I asked and he looked things up if he didn’t know. He is very much a team player working well with Will and calling in Shelby to assist with the water softener installation. He kept me informed of their comings and goons and progress on the work. He did not like the location of the electric source to the MOEN water monitor and water softener so he recommended, and followed up with, Jolly’s electrician to get it resolved.

Our plumbing technician, Blake Menetrey, was fantastic. He came same day when we called Jolly about an issue with a water leak. He had the part we needed and fixed our issue in a short period of time that day. This is our second service with Jolly and we will continue to use them for future needs should they arise. Blake was professional and explained in great detail our options.

Crosley and his team are amazing. Our studio flooded due to a faulty sprinkler head and he was there within the hour. Not only did they arrive immediately, but they also have been working over time. Every time I have stopped by Crosley is there whether it’s 11 am or 9 pm. His team immediately got to work and have been so great communicating with us. I cannot speak highly enough of the work they have done, their dedication, communication, and knowledge of their craft.

We love Jolly! We’ve used them since 2017 and won’t be switching anytime soon. Our tech today, Victor, was friendly, efficient, and explained everything so we could understand clearly. I can’t say enough good things about Victor and the entire Jolly team! Update 8/25/23: we still LOVE Jolly! We had both Mercedes and Shawn out today for annual inspections. They were both friendly and professional, efficient, and communicated any concerns clearly and any suggestions without pressure. I truly trust the entire team at Jolly and recommend them wholeheartedly! Update 3/23/26: still love Jolly and the whole crew. Today Dominic came out for our annual AC inspection. I have never been more satisfied and in awe of the professionalism and kindness shown just to start! Along with that I have never experienced the feeling of top priority before with the promptness of their service! The explanation of the problem and at hand was explained so well that a girl who knows nothing about the guts of house at all was able to not understand but it made sense. Best part of all they go over with no rush each and every option available to handle and the pros and cons for each and reasoning of the pros and cons which I which also made complete sense to this girl! They are all amazing and genuinely kind and have never been so pleased and at peace in knowing what they are telling me is true all options and possibilities that could occur depending on options that I will never have to worry that there may some other intent behind what is being said. Can’t say enough about how truly amazing they are. I have found the best and Jolly couldn’t describe them better! They are a blessing to have on your side!

Dedicated plumbers who persevere through adversity of circumstance. Helped our home in many ways: Plumbing, sewer, sump pump, water heater, and humidifier. Helpful and knowledgeable! Dominic did a great job on preventative maintenance for the AC and helped me with the whole house air filter tremendously.

Tyler and Will did a flawless job installing a brand new water heater for me today. I had major leaking and they got hear early and took care of things so easily. They were knowledgeable and explained exactly what they’d do for every step. They showed me exactly what they look for to be sure the carbon monoxide is not backing up, and what is important to look for throughout the life of the water heater and what could be concerning. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were even kind to my dogs who get very excited when technicians come to my home. I love being a Jolly member!

The first guy that came to camera my outside drain went to the wrong house. Luckily the mistake was discovered when the next guy came to tear up my driveway before he got started. Turned out I just needed the drain augered but further than the other plumber I had out could go. But Jolly showed up with the right guy with the right equipment. The only other issue was the cancelled the first appointment I had at the last minute (the morning of), but the service rep on the phone was very apologetic and gave me a discount on the bill. It was just bad because I had begged my boss for the day off. All in all though worlds better than the last plumber I had used. 2026 update. I ended up signing up for Jolly's monthly membership and have them come out to check my HVAC system twice per year, and plumbing annually. I have been extremely pleased with their work. Yes, they are going to recommend some service, part, or something pretty much every time, it's not a high-pressure thing, and I've never had them recommend something completely unnecessary. Things like an ionic air cleaner for the air handler - not absolutely needed, but I did end up getting one when we noticed mold in the area. Tech said it would help that, and sure enough it did. Bottom line, I've found all their techs to be competent, the job gets done right, prices are reasonable, and I believe they are honest. That goes for both plumbing and HVAC. They recently started with electric, so looking forward to see if they do as good a job there.

Drew cleared a clogged drain. He was very professional, communicated which methods he would try and kept me updated as he progressed to clear it.

Update 2/23/23: We needed service again for a pip buildup . Needed special equipment to clean calcified debris from inside the drains. Alex Johnson and Erich Sinclair were top notch professionals. They were very careful transporting the equipment in the home. They completed the job till the pipe was like new again.Both are very knowledgable and great diagnosticians. Additionally we were able to view the video of pipe all the way to its destination--the street's main line. 5 STARS all the way! 6/23/23 new heating and ac unit installed. Amazing job as always! Ronnie did an excellent job job of diagnosing and resolving a backup in my main line. He used the most efficient snake with cutters and ten it 100 feet out and found the issue. He insured all sources of water were run before leaving to insure there were no further issues. I was pleased with Jolly’ s customer service and ability to address my plumbing issue promptly!

Dominic Raven was just out to fix our furnace that was blowing cool air. He arrived just a few hours after we called. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. He was friendly and had a very professional demeanor.

Nathan came over today to do the winter check and look at why the heat wasn’t working. There are several things to work on so Nathan recommended getting a quote for new system. Really appreciate him going thru things with me.

We were very impressed with how thorough Nate was in the AC inspection. He found 3 birds in our outside unit and was able to remove them. He did an excellent job in explaining things to us. We have been using them for several years now. They do great work. The technician went above by helping replace the smoke detector battery in our master bedroom that has a loft ceiling. I just had knee surgery was was not going to be able to climb the tall ladder.

Jolly Plumbing provided us with excellent service! Nathan came for a HVAC maintenance inspection as part of the 'Jolly Home Plan' and found that the heat exchanger had a very large crack in it. Due to possible carbon monoxide being released, it had to be shut down. Danny came out the same day and provided options and quotes. We decided to replace both systems, and he was able to get them ordered right away. Jake and Miguel came out the very next day / tore out the old, replaced with the new and explained how everything worked. They disposed of all the old equipment, cleaned up the area and it looks it like they were never there. From start to finish, they were knowledgably, efficient, friendly and did a great job!

From the tech that first came to try and fix our issue, the estimator that worked on putting together a new system for us to the installers were all top notch! Jolly is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them!
