They were able to get everything taken care of with just a one-day turnaround, which was a huge relief. Their pricing was fair, and we’re really happy with the quality of the work. I just had another service done for my shower. I have a claw foot tub that requires me buying an attachment for a shower. The diverter broke on my tub faucet, I had to purchased another faucet with a diverter , but the faucet did not fit correctly, so he had to order a part. The part was hard to find so Dustin decided to improvise and fix it another way which he did. I am so pleased and so happy with his work with the time care he gave to me. I recommend jolly plumbing to everyone because they really take the time to really help the individual with their problems, they are truly worth it. Jolly Plumbers workers are honest people and very respectful and knowledgeable.

I am a part of Jolly’s warranty program and, and as a result, get priority service. I called this morning about an air conditioning problem. It wasn’t an emergency situation in this 90 degree heat wave that we are having, as we do have another ac unit in the house. They were able to get someone out here by 4:00 this afternoon. This was my first experience using Jolly. I came home from work to a hot house. I called them and they had someone come out the same afternoon to look at the A/C unit. I appreciated the text message I received letting me know that my technician was on the way. It even included a photo. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. We scheduled an appointment for Jolly Heating & Air to come out and give us an estimate on repairing our heat pump. We thought it just needed to be recharged but we were not sure. He was beyond friendly and the absolute picture of professionalism! Rico came to my house to do my annual furnace check. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He showed me a specific thing that he noticed that I could take care of today and he was very transparent about the pricing and there was absolutely no pressure to take care of it on the spot. But once I agreed, he got right to work and finished it within minutes. I would be more than happy to have him at my home again! Everyone that has been at my home from Jolly has been top notch

Rico is EXCELLENT and diagnosed my HVAC system that shut down because of severe corrosion and leaking. The next day Jake and Nic completely replaced and had running my old system with a current high end Daikin system. They were highly professional and left my house pristine, like they were never there. Five stars to the entire Jolly organization.

Nathan Shrader came checked our ac unit found the problem and helped us with options that would work with our budget. He fixed it right away with a new part. He was very professional and personable. Will be requesting him over and over. Thank you for making my home nice and cool again.

The sewer team is 2nd to none! Erich, Ben, and both Dylan’s saved the day when our old clay pipes failed. They were able to give us options to fix the problem. Jeremy recently came out to our house to fix a blower fan that would not come on. Our unit is over 20 years old, but he cleaned it out and replaced a capacitor, making it like new again! We also had Will out the same week to install a generator connector to our outside electrical panel. Not only did he do a great job with that, but he also recommended a simple, inexpensive way to improve our current panel wiring, expanding it for additional future use. Very cool!
