Dylan was the Plumber I requested and Dylan was the one that arrived at my door. He was recommended by a neighbor and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He explained all that was occurring and he was timely with his estimates and they were very clear and sequential. I am seriously considering calling on Jolly to do the work

I worked with Wes on a natural gas line and he did a great job.

We had a main drain completely clogged in our basement. I tried to unclog it with a 25’ snake but could not get it to budge. Tye came out on Christmas Eve and had our drain completely open and cleaned up in a very short time. Super nice guy and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely would have Tye come back for any plumbing problems.

Update. The 1st review was from 18 months ago. This time our main drain was running slow. Alex came out and explained pricing to me and it made absolute sense to sign up for their monthly service program. He had the drained cleared in a matter of minutes and set me up for a camera inspection also. Great service, very nice tech, and a very reasonable price.

I was at work but big shout out to Noah d for the awesome professionalism quick work. Man needs a raise. Fix my bathtub drain really nice now no more leaks. Thank you appreciated.

Tyler was absolutely spectacular. He was on time and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me estimates for the work I need to have done while he was here. Jolly plumbing was able to make an appointment on the same day which was extraordinarily helpful and highly unusual. I would highly recommend this service. And especially Tyler.

Brenden & Skylar came out to my house jackhammered my basement & replaced a sewer line! It had to be done & they were both very professional, hard working & diligent! I would recommend them & Jolly plumbing to anyone!! They were also very friendly, always on time & introduced themselves to me! Thank you both for the great job you did, it was a lot of work but they didn’t stop until it was finished!!

Great experience with Jolly plumbing. The tech was knowledgeable fast and the repairs were right in my budgets range.

EDIT: Gave these guys another shot, and their tech Wes did an absolutely fantastic job. I don't know what went wrong the last time I tried to have them out, but this service was definitely enough to earn repeat business in the future.

I don't understand how this joke of an outfit can get any positive ratings. I'm assuming their techs are great when they actually show up; but I just got a call after waiting over 6 hours that they're "too busy to make that appointment today" - you couldn't have told me that this morning so I could find someone else? Absolutely waste of space of a company.

I am so happy Dominic was our technician. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately it is not worth repairing our HVAC and will need to be replaced. Dominic explained that it could be repaired but the expense of repairing it would not be worth it for a 17 year unit. Dominic explained everything and pointed out the failing parts of the unit.

The last technician who repaired our unit, a different company, was not as thorough as Dominic. Strongly recommend Dominic as he will be the technician we request to service the new unit

They were quick to get someone out to me. Cody was fantastic! I will definitely recommend him.
