Jolly and my plumber Aaron did a great job tackling a complex plumbing repair in my condo.

I’ve moved a few times around Fort Mitchell, and apparently I have a unique talent for buying houses where the previous owner hired Dr. Frankenstein to design the HVAC system. Every new house comes with some horrifying collection of mismatched equipment, questionable decisions, and mysterious wires stitched together while someone presumably screamed, “IT’S ALIVE!”

And inevitably… the monster dies.

Thankfully, Jolly Plumbing, Heating & Air has become my HVAC emergency contact. Every time something goes sideways, they’ve managed to get someone out the same day when possible or the next day at the latest. They’re quick to diagnose the problem, explain what’s happening in terms a normal human can understand, and get things moving again.

Working with Danny is always a treat. He’s never given me the pushy salesman routine or tried to convince me that my broken furnace somehow means I also need a new water heater, humidifier, hot tub, and second mortgage. He listens, gives logical recommendations, explains the options, and provides the expertise I don’t have so I can make an informed decision.

My installation crews have historically been led by Jacob, who is an absolute master of his craft. He’s quick, professional, tidy, respectful, and somehow manages to take the mechanical crime scene I purchased and turn it into something that looks like it was designed by an actual engineer instead of a mad scientist.

So here’s my advice… do your research before buying a house. Look closely at the HVAC system. Ask questions. Bring an inspector. Maybe bring a priest.

And if you ignore all that advice and buy the house anyway… save Jolly’s number. You’ll be glad you did.

Great company to work with. Scheduling was extremely quick and easy and I had an employee out to my home next day. Nate was extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough inspection. He even went the extra mile as to educate me on each component of my AC unit, furnace, and duct work as he checked them for deficiencies. After swapping a couple parts and a good cleaning, the base level in my home went from almost 80 degrees to 68 degrees overnight. Thank you!

Fast, on time, good service!

Alex was very pleasant and very helpful. He explained everything very clearly, told me about the issue with my plumbing. Made me aware of some of the potential solutions to correct my current and possibly future issues that may arise. Alex represents Jolly Plumbing in the best possible way, and I will definitely be using this company again for future issues.

Drew was awesome! He was so nice, very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to fix our toilet problem. He even set us up in a service membership, which will help save a lot of money. I just had to pay $15 today compared to $90! I’m happy to be a member of Jolly and recommend Drew for another service in the future.

Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable with what he was doing & gave excellent advice on my garbage disposal & how to flush out the calcium from the faucet.
