Nobody in history has ever called a plumbing service company because they're having a good day. Am I right? I've worked with a lot of plumbers across our properties and on a lot of different jobs. I've found that most of the time, you get what you pay for. Today, the "poop hit the fan" at a property, and our short-term renters are in a bind, which means so are we. Being 2,431 miles away from the property didn't exactly make our issues easier to solve. We needed the job done, and we needed it done right. No creeps, no slobs, no weirdos. So we called Jolly. I'd rate my experience with Jolly today a 9.5/10, and get this: They didn't fix my issue. But here's what they did do: They communicated very well with us over the phone. They sent us a picture, profile, and time estimate of their service provider. They answered the phone and they made calls. *The only reason I did not score this a perfect 10 is because there was a small error in the phone calling process. No biggie though. I'm a customer service guy. I love it. It means a lot to me. So here was my experience with Zac, the technician who came to my property: It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. He actively listened and understood our issues. He took the extra time to try and problem-solve the type of "fixes" that take under a minute. This was really meaningful to me. In truth, there was a good chance my issue was going to be misdiagnosed, which would have cost me a large amount of money for a solution that wasn't the real issue. It wasn't from a lack of competency; it's just because the proposed solution seemed like an obvious answer. A great company is only as great as its people. Zac from Jolly was great. He listened patiently to me over the phone as I explained why I thought my issue might be something else. His willingness to spend an extra minute investigating led to a proper diagnosis of my water source. That said, Zac also very clearly and quickly explained to me that the type of work I need done is not provided by Jolly. He was empathetic and also optimistic. I wish Jolly had a division for "weird outdated exterior plumbing stuff." But great companies become great because they stay laser-focused on their niche and pass the baton on everything else. I respect that. My plumbing issue did not get solved by Jolly; however, I am closer to a solution than before I called, and that's at least helping me move in the right direction. Great job team. Technician was very nice but dispatch department was PATHETIC!! I called on a Tuesday morning and they told me they would be able to come out Wednesday afternoon between 12 and four. At 1 PM. Someone called and said he was so sorry to tell me no one could come out because there were other people with problems that took priority over mine. Then they reluctantly agreed to have me be first thing the following morning. Nobody showed up or called. I had to call them then they tried to tell me, I was the first person scheduled for their second shift, which would begin at 10:30. The guy finally showed up at noon. I never got the name of the person who is making these decisions. Watch out for these people they will jerk you around.! they say yes to you over the phone and then play all kinds of games. I spent a lot more time waiting around for these people than I should have and then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor with a measly $25 credit.

I'm an old man, old school, with an old school perspective - not harsh, just looking for reasonable, fair, honest. I'm also not a flatterer. Having said this, I'll tell you that Charlie went above and beyond. He actually treated me as though helping me was more important than Jolly's profit. Now that is, um, unheard of these days. In my years, I've dealt with quite a few businesses that have needed a Charlie on their team. Quite a few. Charlie gets 6 stars.

My AC unit wasn’t working on a hot day. I called Jolly and within 2 hours they sent a technician, Kate, to my house. She diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it and completed everything within about 30 mins. Thank you for the good work!

Aaron had to replace a large section of copper piping, due to a severely clogged drain. He did an excellent job and cleaned up so well, you would never know he’d been there. Aaron was also very pleasant to work with, as was his assistant. Everyone from Jolly Plumbing has been extremely nice and very professional. We will definitely call them again if we have plumbing issues.

Ronald went above and beyond. He came because of a missing filter on Water Heater that wasn't missing. He put filters on the HVAC pipes and I really appreciated it.

Perry called when he was on his way and provided an ETA. He arrived on time and performed the HVAC checkup in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions and addressed concerns I had about drainage and sounds coming from the unit. Overall I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

I called for a service call at 10:00 am and he had to drive an hour to get here. He was here at 12:00 diagnosed the problem immediately, had the new garbage disposal on his truck and it was repaired by 12:30 !! He was very pleasant to deal with, he told me up front the cost beforehand. I would highly recommend Jolly plumbing!!
